FAT32 vs. NTFS

I was looking on the Partner sites for anything about it.
But, when I looked at system requirements for FrontPage 2003, it just said

The same as Windows 2003

You can install the FrontPage 2002 extensions that are included with Office XP. Those would apply to what was in the articles that I was reading, and would be the reason for NTFS...
Just running FrontPage on Windows XP then creating and maintaining a disk based web which would then be published to a server... Wouldn't matter if FP was installed on a FAT32 Part or NTFS...

I would guess that this is the exportable version...
