Hi there,
That could very well be the case. I am not sure why things start to go wrong but yes, I have known things happen for no reason, then after some major updates, the problem has gone. This is why we keep trying to make sure people keep all their Windows updates current as well as Microsoft Office updates as FP is part of that suite. MJ
