though not sure if the above link repeats some of the other tutorials. But when you click on the individual tutorials the pages you are taken to, on the right are some links to video formats, right click and save the one of your choice to desktop, you then can watch at your leisure. Also the last link are the source files so you have the pages the tutorials are referring to also .... very good links I think.

I tend to find videos easier to understand than the written word so tend to hunt those out first!
