Have your speakers on. Select a tutorial. Top right are active x controls for the sound. The sound wont play unles you click the first large button that has an arrow on it, you want it to show two vertical lines.

Right at the end of each lesson is a practice session. If you click on the practice button, having read a disclaimer, FrontPage 2003 then opens, Microsoft downloads a practice web, and you can practice the lesson with ongoing instructions. Just dock the instruction pane to the right of FP or it keeps minimising when you work in FP.
