password proteecting

I have gone throught the tutorial for password protecting.

I added a subweb, went to add users, I keep getting an error.

The user account 'sjlopez' can not be created due to quota limitations. The maximum number of user accounts for this virtual server has been reached. Either remove an account before adding another or contact your administrator to increase the quota.

How do I increase the quota. Is done through my hosting?

I am not sure of the answer to this, but it would certainly be worth throwing the problem at your host and seeing what they say.

Let us know and if no luck will investigate further.
