Form Error - YIKES!

I echo another user's sentiments - you guys are always so helpful. Thank you!

I've put a form on my website and thought it was perfect (I'm such the optimist!), but I get a less than helpful FP error message:

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.
Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.


I can't find any mention of this particular error in these forums or on Microsoft's webiste.... If you can help, thanks so much.

I found the problem. I had to go into Form Properties and blank out the field that sent form input to a file since I was also using an email address. This left just the email address. Testing resulted in the user being presented with the expected confirmation page. Hopefully if anyone else runs into this, this posting will help.
