How could I make a page "look" like a frames page but not be? Is that "shared borders?" Someone said something one time about inlcuded content....
I am hating the confusion of frames on a website I am doing, but love the way it looks. Grrrrr.
Thanks!

There is nothing else I know of that has the "look" of frames i.e. you scroll one part of the page and the other part stays still ... if that is what you mean by the "look". However, to get the effect of part of your page remaining the same (as with frames) and you only have to update that for the whole site to be updated, yes you have the choice of Shared Borders or the web component Page Include. Shared borders have the advantage over Page Include in that FrontPage helps you make them. You tell FP which pages you want them on and it puts them there for you etc. With the Page Include you have to include on ech page as you make the page. The disadvantage is you can only have them (shared borders) top, left, right, bottom of each page whereas the Page Include can be in the middle of the page if you want. Also the formatting options for Shared borders are not as flexible as the Page Include. Best bet could be to experiment with both and see how you get on.
