Floating menu

Hi All, - I am trying to have the navigation bar (which is in a shared border) move down as I scroll down the page - I dont want viewers to have to "return to top of page" - to access the menu- some of the pages the text goes down further than the navigation menu and the menu is out of view. Hope I explained this right! :dense:
