Hello everyone, I just started using the frontpage yesterday, so if this is a dumb question please bear with me... I AM familiar with other Office softwares, like ppt, publisher, excel etc, but there is one thing in frontpage that perplexes and annoys the heck out of me... I can't find the way to reposition the image, graphics, texts etc. as I like. I can somewhat manage with the space/back keys, but this doesn't always work and often accompanied by some undesirable side-effects. (like something disappears from the screen, or other objects also move around along with the specific one I am trying to reposition, etc) I am sure there must be a solution for this problem... can anyone help? TIA!

Hi and welcome to our forum :yoohoo:
Do a forum search for "resolution" and say "tables" ......
To position text, graphics etc on the page you need to use tables and cells .... set the main table for 760 pixels wide. Quite often with a site I will do a rough drawing on piece of paper first, outlining where I want images and text to be and in paticular in relation to eachother, and seeing what the table would look like. You can then use the table cell properties (right click inside table and select cell properties, you can then align the content left, right, bottom, middle, top etc etc ....)
You also want to test out your pages in IE and NS ..... as both view some coding differently .....
Different resolutions view pages differetnly, but you should come up with some good discussions on that when you do a search.
Hope that helps, and thanks for posting
