Include in a cell w/image as bkgnd

I tried to put an "include" in a cell with a "background" image. The inclde option was grayed out in FP 2000. Any suggestions?

What are the steps your taking right now to make it happen?

I've never heard of them affecting includes, but what do your Compatibility settings look like? Go to Tools>>Page Options and click the compatibility tab to take a look.
