Freebies, Quick Scripts, Teletype Message

I am using the Teletype Message, Quick Script found in Freebies. I works great but (and there is always a but) it doesn't work on Netscape. Any ideas on how to modify so that it will be useable on Netscape?

Hi Bud and welcome to the Forum

I have not seen a workaround for that script so it works in NS - though it degrades well by just having the one color. some scripts dont show anything at all in NS :D: I have come across a few similar scripts, but none of them have worked in NS .... for the number of NS users compared to IE .... depending on how you are putting it to use .. NS wouldnt even know the color should change, so wont know they are missing anything :D: and it views as ordinary text with no problem in NS ...... afraid that is often the case with scripts ... NS misses out on all the fun.....

Thanks MJ. I thought that was the case. Fortunately only about 10% of my viewers use Netscape and I can occasionally convert a few of them.

In the past year I have yet to have a NN visitor to any of my sites...and MJ don't get any ideas...
